McTear’s Rare Whisky Auction back in the spotlight
It would have been hard to miss the media exposure that McTear’s Rare & Collectable Whisky auctions have recently received. Whether it was our Whisky Specialist, Andrew Bell, hosting a whisky tasting live on STV for Michelle McManus or the numerous column inches that Lot 5 the Springbank-1900 gained, our media department Wave PR have ensured that our selling clients are getting the maximum exposure for their prized assets.
Commenting on the rush Andrew said ‘
We always expect to find some great stories from the bottles that come to auction but this sale has to be the best. I was over the moon at the chance to host a small whisky tasting for the ‘Hour Show’ which went out live on Monday 1st February’.
Following on from his charismatic turn Andrew has further featured on Good Morning Scotland radio show and numerous other shows talking not only about the auction but on how anyone with a ‘passion and some patience’ can build a whisky collection that they can invest in.
